I started with the vision of supporting Saskatchewan teachers as they embrace neurodiversity as a strength. I have expanded this vision to include educators across Canada. Schools need to continue development as places where neurodivergent learners feel safe, valued, and supported, and where educators grow in their knowledge, tools, and confidence to nurture the unique potential of every student.
