My mission was to empower teachers across Saskatchewan by providing support for neuroaffirming practices from a lived-experience perspective. This has not changed with the scope expansion to include all Canadian educators. I want to develop a collective of neurodivergent teachers across Canada who will work in their own spheres of influence to support the development of inclusive learning environments where neurodivergent students and staff are understood, supported, and celebrated for their strengths. Through collaboration, education, and advocacy, we will strive to support school communities where every learner has the opportunity to thrive.
